When will I receive my order?

  • We use express shipping on all of our orders inside South Africa. You can expect delivery within the same-day, and up to 3-working days once we have received your payment. Once the order has been packed & fulfilled, you will get an automated email & you will also then be able to track your order from then onwards on our "Track Order" page on our website. Just insert your personalized tracking order number associated with your order to see which stage of shipping your order is in.
Gauteng: Same Day or Next Day Delivery.
Every Other Province: Next Day or Up to 3-Day Delivery.

     

    How do I make sure I order the right size?
    • You can go to our "Sizing Guide" page on our website so you can be sure you choose the right sized product for your little furry friend. 

     

    Is the IREMIA Dog Bed Washable?
    • The IREMIA dog bed is 100% washing machine and Tumble dryer friendly. To eliminate pet odors, stains, and hair - Machine wash with a little bit of washing powder & stay soft on a gentle & quick cycle. Then Tumble dry on low heat, or leave it out in the sun to dry, help expand the PP cotton inside & leave the fabric ultra soft & silky smooth. 
    • The IREMIA Dog Bed 3.0 now has a removable outer cover with zips, and removable inner cushions - making washing the bed easier than ever, and prolonging the lifespan of the bed.

     

    What is the bed made out of?

    • The outer layer is made from an Ultra-Soft Vegan Faux Fur & designed in a greek Flokati long-fur style or a velvety Veloúdo short-fur style. The inner filling is made out of Premium PP cotton. This is made predominantly from polypropylene fiber. It has good elasticity, high bulkiness, attractive appearance, and is not afraid of extrusion, easy to wash, and quick-drying. 
    • The IREMIA Dog Bed 3.0 includes a FREE Matching Blanket as well as a removable outer cover with zips, and removable inner cushions.

     

    What is the refund policy?

    • We have a 30-day money-back refund guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.     • We provide FREE 1-3 Day Nationwide Express Delivery to your door, so that you have nothing to worry about. We have streamlined this process to minimize issues and provide a convenient experience, where you are kept in the loop at every checkpoint via Email or SMS, and/or via our 'Track Order Page'. 

     

      What do I do if I never received my order?
      • If you have not received your order within 5 working days please go to the "Track Order" page on our website and insert your personalized tracking order number associated with your order to see which stage of shipping your order is in. If you did not find that helpful please contact us in the  "Contact us" page, or email us at Hello@PetsPlanet.co.za and we will follow up on your order.

       

      What do I do if I received a defective order?
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@PetsPlanet.co.za.  

       

      How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
      • Please feel free to contact us at Hello@PetsPlanet.co.za to see if we can help you. Unfortunately, once the order has left our premises we can not make any changes.
