Refund & Exchange Process

Step 1: Within 30-Days of receiving your order, email us at hello@petsplanet.co.za, or call or whatsapp us on (072) 530 9561; include your order number, name & email address; as more information about the nature of the exchange or return.

Step 2: If your return is accepted, you will recieve a courier waybill via email to print and return the unwanted / damaged item, in its original packaging, in the same condition in which is was originally receieved.

Step 3: We will finalise any payment needed as per our policies (If Applicaable), and then, upon settlement of payments, we will process the refund or exchange accordingly.

Please Note: If at all Used, Dirty, Smelly And/or Damaged; due to the wear & tear nature of all of our products - we cannnot process an exchange or refund.
